It was a warm and slow race Sunday. I really enjoy the Vasaloppet and appreciate all the volunteers! I know I still need to do a post about the City of Lakes and I WILL do that this week along with a longer post about the Vasaloppet. Congrats to Jo Jo on winning for the women. Some pictures that captures the day are below…

This past week was rough for Marybeth and I. Therefore, I was really looking forward to the weekend. The City of Lakes events are going on. They put on a lot of family events and tomorrow is the Loppet. Today Grant did his first “race.”  I also did the sprints.

I LOVE when I get to sleep in my own bed the night before a race and ski on my home course.
