So instead of racing once I decided to race twice!  First 10k I used the standard Marwe 610 skate ski and tried to beat myself from two years ago on marwes.  I was about 20 seconds slower but I think deep down I knew I was racing another 10k immediately following the first 1ok. 

For the 2nd lap I was able to break the course record on Elpex Race skis… those things are silly fast but racing back to back was a lot tougher than I thought it was going to be.

After the race Marybeth and I spent the rest of my day off from work landscaping.  I’ll get a picture up once we finish… nothing like moving a few thousand pounds of rock after a race.
