So this Sunday was a little busy.  I had the Lake Marion Triathlon in the morning and the Long Lake Corn Days Parade in the afternoon and then went into work.

The triathlon went well for about the first 300ft and then I had a bout of water boarding.  After floating around for a couple minutes throwing up water I was ready to complete the rest of the tri.  I finished 5th overall after a terrible swim but the bike and run went very well.

After my tri I was able to represent Gear West at the Corn Days festival.  Lots of fun and lots of candy for my kids!
