I did my 1^st Olympic Distance Triathlon today. It was the first ever Maple Grove Triathlon. It was almost a mile swim, 26 mile bike and 10K run (6.2 miles). It was the hardest race I have done in recent memory. I learned that you MUST take more feeds at this distance. The organizers did a great job putting on the event and it was a perfect day for a triathlon.
