This week I did some technique clinics with the Osseo High School Nordic ski team.  Osseo is my alma mater and it was great to see all my high school coaches and a strong program with lots of enthusiastic athletes.

I only got a picture with the guy’s team because I forgot my camera during the girl’s clinic.  The guys and I did some hard L4 intervals together after the clinic which was a blast.  Moving fast and breathing hard… my favorite type of training!
