Yeah, I didn’t train today.  It was raining a lot so it wasn’t like I missed out on a nice day… but I am sore.  I played with the kids, some relatives came over to see Samantha, I took a nap and we had a family picnic at Elm Creek for dinner.

Both my hands are not doing very good, one can’t squeeze tightly and the other is missing a bunch of skin.  My neck, back and shoulders are all very sore.  I have been hitting the ice hard and warm showers seem to loosen things up a bit.  Tomorrow I hope to try a light jog but we’ll see.  I hate not being able to train… drives me nuts, and now my poor wife has 3 babies to take care of and listen to my whining.
