My second training camp of the year is being held on the eastern outskirts of the Twin Cities… Afton, Stillwater and Marine on the St. Croix.  The two week camp starts this upcoming Monday.  I’ll post updates… I am fitter now than I was a month ago so hopefully I won’t get too sore or tired.

It should be a great camp and I get to stay close to home so I can help with Grant and soon to be baby #2. 

The weather has been great in the TC’s over the past few weeks although we could use some rain.  Grant and I have spent lots of time going on runs, playing at parks and swimming at the pool.
