I am back in the Cities after finishing my first camp of the year.  It was a good week in Hayward and I came home a little sore.  I think the 3.5hr mountain bike near the end of the week pushed me over the edge although it could have been any number of activities.  My VO2max test went very well for this time of the year which is very encouraging.  Toward the end of camp my allergies started to bother me a little with plants and trees starting to grow again.  Now that I am back home everything is even greener and I am really getting bad symptoms… back to the allergy meds=(

Grant was super excited to see me once I got home and this morning we slept in a long time after he joined me in bed around 6am this morning.
