The “W” and pasty
matt | December 14, 2008Well, I had a good race… enough to convince me that my fitness and ski form are good. I also confirmed I enjoy sea-level racing over altitude. My skis were good thanks to the waxing prowess of Brandon Ostroot and Reid Luter. I was able to push hard the entire time.

After the race I had a delicious pasty to reward myself for a good effort. If you are ever in the UP of Michigan it is tradition to stop at a local pasty shop and eat one… folder dough filled with beef, potatoes and onions and baked…yum!
