This was the second time I did the TT this fall and I was happy to be able to improve my time by 3 seconds from 2 weeks ago… not a lot but significant especially since it was colder(slower rollerski speed) and there was a good stiff wind.  My overall time was 22:23 for a 10k… first 5k was 11:20 and second 5k  was 11:03.  I have been trying very hard to negative split races I compete in…. your time is almost always faster if you don’t go out too hard and blow up.
