Bike Fit

matt | August 22, 2008

Today I biked over to to Kuan Teoh’s garage to get the bike dialed.  I had to make a few tweaks… the biggest being flipping the stem.  There was no way I was going to ride with it in the down position… I just don’t stretch that way.  Kuan was a big help and I feel good that I can ride for 20miles without too much discomfort.  As you can see I am all reveaved up and ready to go… look at my spin speed!  After I got the bike setup it was off to the office for Fun Friday… as my co-workers call all Fridays.
